1. About these terms

These terms apply between you and IPTV Edge when you visit this website or use a subscription. By ordering, you accept them. If anything in your written order confirmation differs from these terms, the confirmation applies to that point.

2. The service

IPTV Edge provides access to live channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet to compatible devices using a player app. Lineups differ by region and change over time as channels and titles are added or removed. We describe what is available for your region before you pay, but we cannot guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will remain available for the whole of your plan.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm the plan, price, number of screens and setup method in writing. Payment is due only after that confirmation. Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on this website at the time of your order.

4. Plan length and renewal

Your plan starts when we activate it and ends after the period you chose. It does not renew automatically. You can renew at the current price by messaging us before or after it ends.

5. Your account and access details

Your access details are personal to your household. Keep them private, use them on no more screens at the same time than agreed, and do not resell or publish them. If they are misused, we may reset them or suspend the account after contacting you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for private, non-commercial viewing, and in line with the laws of the country where you watch. You may not record, rebroadcast or redistribute content, or attempt to interfere with the service or other users.

7. Availability and interruptions

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming depends on many things outside our control, including your internet connection, your device and third-party sources. Short interruptions and maintenance can happen. If a problem lasts, contact us and we will help or apply the refund policy where it fits.

8. Devices and third-party apps

You need a compatible device and player app. Player apps are made by independent developers and may have their own terms and fees. We recommend apps from official stores where possible but are not responsible for third-party software.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds follow our refund policy and cancellations our cancellation policy.

10. Intellectual property

The design, text and artwork of this website belong to IPTV Edge. Content you watch belongs to its respective rights holders. If you believe material available through the service infringes your rights, follow our DMCA policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your plan is the one in force when you ordered, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law stated in our legal notice. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
