How paying IPTV Edge works, and how we protect you

1. Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are listed in our written confirmation, before you pay anything.

Where a payment provider offers buyer protection, it is their protection that applies to the payment itself. Our refund policy applies on top of it.

2. Step by step

1. You message us with your plan and device.
2. We send a written confirmation of plan, price, screens and setup method.
3. You reply to agree, and we send payment instructions in the same conversation.
4. Once payment arrives, we confirm receipt and send your access details.

3. What we will never ask for

• Your card number, expiry date or security code typed into a chat.
• Your online banking, email or streaming-app passwords.
• Remote access to your phone, computer or TV.
• Payment before you have agreed to a written confirmation.
• An “urgent” extra payment to keep your service running.

4. If something looks wrong
