Before you choose a plan
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the period you choose. Before it ends, you can message us to renew for the same or a different length. Nothing is charged without your go-ahead.
Can I switch from a short plan to a longer one?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing how your remaining time is handled before you pay for the new plan.
Are there setup or activation fees?
IPTV Edge does not charge a setup fee. Some Smart TV player apps ask their users for a one-time fee to unlock the app itself. That fee goes to the app developer, and we tell you before you install anything.
Why are longer plans so much cheaper per month?
Fewer renewals mean less admin and fewer payment fees for us, and we pass that saving on. The service itself is identical on every plan.
Which currency do I pay in?
All prices are in US dollars. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add a small fee.
