- Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
1. Our approach
IPTV Edge respects the rights of content owners. When we receive a notice that meets the requirements below, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material concerned and let the person who made it available know.
2. What a notice must include
Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), a notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identification of the material, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example the channel name, title and time).
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
3. Where to send it
Email support@iptvedgehd.com with “DMCA notice” in the subject line. Notices sent through other channels may be delayed.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) with your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
6. Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
