Live channels broadcast on their home schedule. An evening program in London or New York may air at breakfast time in Dubai or mid-afternoon in Bangkok. Three things make that easier:
- Set the player app to your local time so the guide shows when programs air where you are.
- Use catch-up on channels that offer it to watch at a sensible hour.
- Turn to the on-demand library for series and films, which are not tied to any time zone.

A TV or stick bought in your new country may show a different app store. Tell us the model and the store region, and we pick a player that is available there.
Apartment and hotel Wi-Fi
Shared or serviced-apartment networks are often slow in the evening. A cable from the router, or a travel router, makes a big difference.
Paying from abroad
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts the payment, and the methods available are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Will the guide show my local time?
Yes, once your player app’s time zone is set. If a channel still looks shifted, use the app’s EPG time shift option.
