What to include in your message
A little detail saves a lot of back and forth. If you have a problem, these four things let us start fixing it straight away.
- Your device and model — for example “Fire TV Stick 4K” or “LG TV from 2020”.
- Your plan or order date — so we can find your account quickly.
- What you see — a photo of the screen or the exact error message.
- What you already tried — restarting, another channel, another device.
Never send passwords, card numbers or bank codes, to us or to anyone claiming to be us.
What happens next
After you send a message
1. We read it in order
Messages are answered in the order they arrive. Sending the same question twice does not move it forward, so one message is enough.
2. You get a written answer
Prices, plan details and fixes are written down, not just said, so you can check them later.
3. We follow up
